Use your company's pay app form

Start from the built-in AIA-style form, or map your own Excel form once and reuse it.

Steps

1. The built-in AIA-style form works with no setup.
2. To use your own: upload the Excel form once. The template is analyzed, each field (application number, line items, totals) gets a proposed cell, and you review the mapping before saving it to the company library.
3. Pick the template per project. Everyone in the company sees the library.

Good to know

• Review the mapping carefully the first time — yellow and red cells are the ones that were less certain.
