Download the application as PDF or Excel
PDF is what generates by default; the Excel version is the AIA-style form.

Steps
- PDF: the application summary and the progress estimate, ready to send.
- XLSX: the AIA-style Application for Payment with the progress estimate and change order summary filled in and cross-footed.
Good to know
- Either one can be regenerated any time from the row. They are rebuilt from the quantities stored with that application, so an old application does not change when the project moves on.
- Opening the Excel file in Numbers or a preview works; the formula cells (totals, net change) recalculate in Excel and Numbers but not in a quick-look preview.
