Your trial, plans and billing
30 days free with no card, then pick a plan. What happens when the trial ends.
WhereMenu → Company → Plan & billing
Steps
- A new company starts on a 30-day trial with everything turned on and no payment details. The Plan & billing card shows the days left; a banner appears in the last week.
- When the trial ends the account goes read-only: everyone can still open projects, look at pay apps and export everything, but quantities, pay apps and imports pause until the account owner picks a plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Choose a plan: Solo ($150/mo, one PM), Duo ($270/mo, two PMs) or Company ($1,200 per PM per year, three or more). Checkout, card and invoices are handled by Stripe. The account is back to normal the moment payment goes through.
- Seats: the account owner and every PM take a PM seat, pending invites included. Admin / Billing seats are free — one for every two PM seats, rounded up (a 3-seat Company plan gets two). On Company, + Add PM seat under Team adds one right away; the difference for the rest of the year is invoiced the same day, prorated. Solo and Duo are fixed at one and two.
- Manage billing opens your Stripe portal — update the card, download invoices, or cancel at the end of the period. Switching plans or seats happens in the app under Plan & billing, prorated.
Good to know
- Only the account owner sees the plan buttons.
- Moving down a plan needs the headcount to fit first — remove people under Team, then switch.
- A company gets one trial. Signing up again under the same company email domain lands on the plan picker, not a new 30 days.
- Payment fails? You get a banner and Stripe retries; the account only pauses if it stays unpaid.
