Mark a pay app submitted or paid

Status drives what the next application deducts.

Steps

1. Mark Submitted when it goes to the owner. Mark Paid when the money lands.

What it affects

• Only submitted or paid applications count as previous payments on the next one. A draft is treated as not yet billed, so a new application would ask for the full amount again.

Good to know

• Generating a new application while an older one is still a draft prompts you to submit the older one first.
