Where you are signed in

Your account works on up to 3 devices at a time. See them and sign one out.

Steps

1. Each device you sign in on is listed: what it is, when you signed in there and when it was last used. The one you are reading this on is marked This device.
2. Sign out next to a device ends it there. Sign out other devices ends every one except the one you are on — use it if you signed in on a borrowed computer.
3. Your account stays signed in on up to 3 devices — your desk, your phone and a tablet, say. Signing in on a fourth signs out whichever one you used least recently; it gets a note explaining why the next time someone looks at it.

Good to know

• Each person on your team needs their own seat. One login passed around an office keeps bumping whoever signed in first, and pay apps, activity and project cards would all carry the wrong name.
