Exclude an item that was never awarded
Hide alternates and deleted items without losing them.

Steps
- Open the item and switch off Included.
- The item stays listed for reference but drops out of the contract total, progress and pay apps.
What it affects
- Contract on the project header, and every pay app generated afterwards.
